SIM4Travel is a reusable 5G Ready roaming SIM card that never expires. You simply purchase a data plan based on your travel destination. The SIM card can be reused for future trips without needing to maintain a balance—just top up with a new plan when needed. It works with any unlocked phone, tablet, or pocket WiFi, and supports thousands of country and regional data plans.
Guide to SIM4Travel SIM Online Top-Up

2. Select your desired data plan duration.
3. Proceed to payment using your preferred method: Credit Card, e-wallets (such as GCash or Maya), or online banking.
4. Once payment is completed, you will receive an activation link via email along with instructions on how to load the data plan to your SIM card serial number.
STEP 2 – Activate the Top-Up on Your SIM Serial Number
1. Click the activation link sent to your email.
2. Enter your SIM card serial number in the field provided.
3. Click the TOP-UP button to load the data plan to your SIM.
4. Your purchased data plan will be added to the SIM and will be ready for activation.
Notes:
• The loaded data plan will automatically activate once your phone detects a signal from the local network at your destination.
(This means the plan will only start once you arrive and connect to the supported network.)
• You may purchase and load the data plan in advance, as activation only begins upon network connection.

The SIM number is a 20-digit number starting with 898…, printed on the SIM card.
Yes, you can top up another person’s SIM card—ideal for family or friends.
To activate your roaming data:
1. Insert the SIM into an unlocked phone, tablet, or WiFi device.
2. Enable data roaming:
o iOS: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Enable Data Roaming
o Android: Settings > Mobile Network > Roaming > Enable
3. Restart your device.
4. Your plan will activate automatically once the local network is detected. Enjoy your Internet!
5. (Optional) Manually set up the APN if required.

No. The SIM card never expires. It can be used again for future trips by purchasing a new data plan.
Yes. The validity depends on the plan purchased. For example, a “30 Days, 30GB” Japan plan allows full-speed data up to 30GB, and then throttles to 128 Kbps for the remaining days—valid for 30 days from activation.
Yes, you can purchase a data plan well in advance—weeks or even months before your departure. The plan won’t activate until it connects to a network.
Example: If you’re traveling to Japan, China, and South Korea in two months, staying 5 days in each country, you can buy the data plans now. Each plan will automatically activate when you arrive and your SIM connects to the local network in that country
No, speed boosts are not offered. You’ll need to wait until your current plan ends before a new one can be activated.
Example: If you purchased a Japan 10GB for 10 days and used up all 10GB within 8 days, your connection will continue at a reduced (throttled) speed until the 10-day period ends. If you’ve already bought another plan for Japan, it will automatically activate once the current one expires.
NOTE: We recommend that travelers keep at least one spare SIM4Travel blank SIM on hand. This SIM can be topped up and activated at any time as needed.
APN settings are usually configured automatically. However, in some cases, you may need to set it manually.
Yes, you can buy multiple plans in advance—but only one plan can be active at a time.

ShoreAccess supports seafarers by delivering SIM cards through your manning agency in the Philippines. Just provide your company’s contact details and delivery address in advance.

• Unlimited / day: After using 1GB in a day, the connection speed will be reduced to 5Mbps.
• Premium Unlimited / day: After 1GB of usage per day, the speed will be throttled to 10Mbps.
• Titanium AYCE / day: This “All You Can Eat” plan provides truly unlimited data with no speed restrictions.
The Top-up is non-refundable but here is our policy in case you encounter an error due to technical issues.
